Terms And Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all PRIVATE luxury day charters operated by Roditis Yachting (the "Company"). A binding charter agreement ("Agreement") is formed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. The person making the booking ("Charterer") confirms they are legally authorized to contract on behalf of all passengers.

A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% of the total charter fee is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to complete payment entitles the Company to cancel the charter with retention of the deposit. All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency exchange costs are borne by the Charterer.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Seven (7) days or more prior to departure: deposit is non-refundable.
- Four (4) to six (6) days prior to departure: 50% of the total charter fee is payable.
- Three (3) days or less prior to departure or no-show: 100% of the total charter fee is payable.
No refunds are issued for late arrival, early termination, or unused services.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the charter due to safety, operational, or regulatory reasons. In such cases, the Charterer will be offered rescheduling or a full refund of amounts paid, excluding non-recoverable third-party costs.

The Captain has absolute authority regarding vessel operation, navigation, itinerary, speed, timing, and passenger safety. Weather conditions, sea state, or Port Authority instructions may require itinerary changes or early return. Such changes do not constitute breach of contract and do not entitle the Charterer to compensation.

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to Force Majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, port restrictions, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, war, fuel shortages, or unforeseeable mechanical failures. In such cases, the Company may reschedule the charter or refund payments received.

All passengers must comply with maritime law, safety instructions, and crew directives. The Company reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund if passenger behavior poses risk to safety, property, or legal compliance. The Charterer is fully liable for guest conduct.

Yachting involves inherent risks. Passengers embark at their own risk. The Company is not liable for injury, illness, death, or loss unless caused by proven gross negligence. Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of passengers.

The vessel is insured in accordance with applicable maritime law. Coverage applies only within policy limits. Passengers are strongly advised to maintain personal travel and medical insurance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the charter fee paid. Indirect, consequential, or non-material damages are expressly excluded.

The Company may use photos or videos taken during the charter for promotional purposes unless the Charterer objects in writing prior to departure.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.

Luxury day charters may collect identification information for visitors / users of the website using corresponding technologies such as cookies and / or Internet Protocol (IP) address monitoring.
